The company is looking to add two to three (2-3) Advisors to fill their available compensated board positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for a few executives with different backgrounds.
- An executive with deep mortgage lending and securitization expertise. A person with experience with companies such as Quicken Loans, JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank with mortgage securitization is a plus.
- An executive with many accomplishments in fintech and one who has expertise in scaling a seed stage company to a large exit.
- An accomplished executive with digital asset/crypto industry experience.
The company wants these executives to come onboard and provide guidance and advisory in their respective areas of expertise.
The board will meet on an as needed basis probably around 1-3 times per quarter. Every candidate is welcome to apply, both local and remote. The company is looking to bring on these advisors ASAP, so please apply with urgency. The compensation for these positions will be negotiable.
