What’s your business, and who are your customers?

Boardsi is ‘The Corporate Matchmaker,’ creating a win-win outcome while working with C-Suite executives and companies. We create a connection for companies at all levels, from start-ups to publicly traded companies. We focus on helping companies recruit top talent for the Board of Directors or Advisors. We have a private network of C-Suite executives ready to help companies with their next steps and growth. Through our AI and human touch, along with the private network, we can speed up the process of finding the next Board Member.

Tell us about yourself

I started working with Boardsi in 2016, which was still just an idea. With lots of hard work and collaboration with wonderful people and employees, we have been able to change our industry and grow internationally. My motivation comes from helping people grow, which in turn helps Boardsi grow. I work alongside such talent and enjoy helping them become the best employees they can be. I am just a phone call away from anyone at Boardsi and am happy to teach and guide them through questions they might have.

What’s your biggest accomplishment as a business owner?

Growing Boardsi into an international company and continuing to grow. Always being there for the employees and branding both Boardsi and myself to establish good marketing for the company.

What’s one of the hardest things that come with being a business owner?

Being a business owner is both stressful and rewarding. One of the hardest things is that the thought of the business never leaves your brain. I could be on a beach vacation somewhere, and I will still be working or thinking about the company. These feelings also come with so much reward as I know how hard we work to make Boardsi a success. Outside of Boardsi, we also get the reward of making the connections and seeing executives and companies benefit from that connection.

What are the top tips you’d give to anyone looking to start, run and grow a business today?

Work hard, brand yourself and your company with excellent marketing, and communicate well with grace and understanding to vendors, clients, and employees.

Is there anything else you’d like to share?

Always go for your goals and your dreams. Anyone can make something of themselves; it just takes hard work, determination, and respect.
