Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company specializes in custom software development, mobile application development, web development and software support. Their expertise is in cloud, SaaS development, DevOps and API integration. They have 20 years of customer experience and their main industries are Healthcare and medtech, logistics and transportation, construction and engineering, information technology, eCommerce and retail, media and information services, sports and entertainment and last but not least fintech software.
The company is looking for someone who can understand what they bring to the table and connect them with the right person or direct our marketing efforts into the property channel. For example, recommend a specific trade show or a conference or a networking group to join. Expectations include…
- Connections and leads in mid to large enterprises whose IT departments need software development services; we are looking for connections, introductions, and a chance to present our skills and services
- Build a better sales and marketing strategy for our services; help with defining USP; how do we differentiate ourselves among thousands of other software companies.
An executive with Former experience with AWS (Microsoft, Dell, Accenture) and an executive with connections in the enterprise world would also be a plus. Executives with experience in automotive, construction services and the payer side of healthcare are also wanted.
