Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company specializes in digital transformation. Specifically software development, ecommerce development, mobile application development and support and maintenance services. Other services offered include…enterprise resource planning solutions, digital marketing, AI and ML development, blockchain development and data warehousing and business intelligence. The company helps guide their clients vision for digitalization, growth and sales, systems integration and business process automation.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for an executive with industry contacts of key influencers for software development initiatives, strategic planning and direction and operational efficiencies. Executives with experience in strategy, planning and operations are preferred. An executive with strong industry contacts and ability to influence decision makers and introduce us and our software services is also a plus.
The company is looking to take on this advisor ASAP, so please apply with urgency. The compensation for this role will be monetary and all candidates are welcome to apply, both local and remote. The advisor will be needed a few times per month and a schedule will be established once the advisor comes onboard.
