Chief Financial Officer / CFO
The company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer or a Director of Finance with Private Equity Fund, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), impact investing, and Merger & Acquisition experience.
Compensation benefits of the CFO
- Up to $200,000 per year and possible equity options are available
- Flexible schedule
- Any travel costs incurred related to the job will be covered
Requirements of the CFO
- The Chief Financial Officer or Director of Finance is required to have Private Equity Fund, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), impact investing, and Merger & Acquisition experience.
- New Board Members will be expected to appear in meetings, advise on deal flow and execute deals.
- Both remote or local executives are welcome.
