The company is looking to recruit two (2) formal board members (board of advisors) to fill their available compensated board positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of advisors search.
Chief Financial Officer / Director of Finance
The company is a startup company of strategy to build a digital bank for women and Gen Z. The company currently has technology rights and a customer center in Switzerland and branches in Singapore and Japan. Their goal is to educate children to build assets before they turn 18.
Compensation and Benefits of the Chief Financial Officer / CFO:
- Up to $200,000 per year and possible equity options are available
- Flexible schedule
- Any travel costs incurred related to the job will be covered
Requirements of the Chief Financial Officer / CFO:
- A professional from the Global media sector would be a priority.
- CEO/CIO/CFO with expertise in finance and shares the vision of helping children build their assets before 18 will be a must.
- They would expect the CFO to find and build partnerships with people who would benefit from the digital platform, finding angles and new investment opportunities to their business to follow the multiple years of development to come.
