Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of advisors search.
Chief Technology Officer / Advisor
The company specializes in digital transformation, microsoft technologies, open source development and mobile app development. They have worked in industries such as healthcare, insurance, logistics and ecommerce.
Compensation benefits of the Chief Technology Officer:
- Up to $200,000 per year and possible equity options are available
- Flexible schedule
- Any travel costs incurred related to the job will be covered
Requirements of the CTO / Advisor:
These advisors should have 5-10 years of leadership, sales, marketing, and/or IT experience in the above industries. The advisors the company is seeking should be able to help them ensure they speak the right vernacular with clients. Furthermore, the advisor can leverage their rolodex to connect the company with targeted prospects in the insurance and non-profit industries who could use their services.
