The company is looking to recruit three (3) formal board members (board of advisors) to fill their available compensated board positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of advisors search.
Chief Executive Officer / Advisor
The company operates to bridge gaps in business. They train entrepreneurs in entrepreneurship skills, business management and records keeping. The executives then have access to their own and run accounts which in normal circumstances, they cannot afford such in traditional banks, subsequently, they will obtain credit facility to improve on their activities. They also train Software Developers/Programmers to enable the business environment to be competitive. The general public is their target customer. They work with business men/women, graduates with business mindset, corporate bodies as well as diverse individuals of ages 21 to 60 years and moral persons.
Compensation benefits of the Chief Executive Officer:
- Up to $200,000 per year and possible equity options are available
- Flexible schedule
- Any travel costs incurred related to the job will be covered
Expectations of the Chief Executive Officer / Advisor:
The company is looking for executives who can raise funds for the operating capital of the company, be available for intermittent meetings to deliberate on the affairs of the organization. They also need someone experienced in assisting them in multiple rounds of funding. The company is looking to bring on these advisors ASAP and all executives are welcome to apply, both local and remote.
