The company is looking to recruit three (3) formal board members (board of advisors) to fill their available compensated board positions.

Chief Executive Officer / Advisor / Board Member
The company is looking for a board member with experience in the metalworking and engineering industry. Specifically, someone with solid experience and knowledge of the casting processes and technology trends including digitalization/smart manufacturing. Someone who can bring insight into these industries, bring connections and avenues to develop at the VP level in the industry.
Compensation benefits of the Chief Executive Officer:
- Up to $200,000 per year and possible equity options are available
- Flexible schedule
- Any travel costs incurred related to the job will be covered
Expectations of the Chief Executive Officer / Board Member:
The new board member would help the company successfully launch its new software package for casting, and help develop its service offering to meet the market’s need for smart manufacturing.The board member will help manage the M&A and the integration processes at the board level.
The company operates remotely with employees in Montreal (Canada), Chicago, Dallas and Houston. The company works closely with a distributor based in Sao Paolo. The 3 current board members are located in Montreal (Canada), Paris (France), and Dubai (UAE). The bylaws require two board meetings per year. The Board tries to hold them in person and use the opportunity to meet with our team, prospects, customers, and key stakeholders. Therefore any executive in any location is welcome to apply and will travel to the US for board meetings. The dream fit for this role would be an engineer who has previously worked in a production or design department and had worked their way up to leadership positions at a casting company.
