Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of advisors search.
Chief Marketing Officer / CMO
The company specializes in the arts. The company has a local gathering place where one can explore applied art, urban culture, mental wellness and be involved with the creative community that surrounds them. A place where artistic individuals can create emotional wellbeing through art.
Compensation benefits of the Chief Marketing Officer
- Up to $200,000 per year and possible equity options are available
- Flexible schedule
- Any travel costs incurred related to the job will be covered
Requirements of the CMO
Board Members are expected to meet the following requirements:
Board Meetings (4 90-minute quarterly meetings per year via Zoom, additional meetings may be added) to keep all members on track.
Board Communications (generally by email or Slack) take place, requiring 2 to 4 hours of focused engagement online weekly.
Annual Meeting (1 90-minute meeting per year) in-person or via Zoom to go over goals for the next year.
The company is looking for past or current CMO’s with connections and contacts to help them continue to grow.
