EXPECTATIONS:
Utilize connections, facilitate deals, coordinate deal flows, advise on finance and matching, lend experience in capital markets and advising, and focus on mutual and investor relationships.
Executives must be responsive to emails and other written communications. General communication would be a phone call every couple weeks, but could be more or less depending on what projects are currently in motion. Executives will of course be compensated well for their time and expertise.
OPPORTUNITY:
Looking for 1-5 board members with experience in fundraising, finance, de-origination, business development, investment banking, operations, and fintech. Experience from big names from the finance and capital world… Including but not limited to JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and other large banks with hubs in New York and London.
COMPENSATION:
Depends on the executive and what they want! Compensation is flexible.
