The company is looking to recruit three (3) formal board members (board of directors) to fill their available compensated board positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors search.
The company works with Founders and C Suite of growth stage, consumer-tech businesses across North America & Asia that are looking to scale revenues across digital and retail, building aspirational brands, setting up new business verticals, driving up NPS scores, and landing next round of fundraising- specifically helping them with demand forecasting and building investment decks. Looking to recruit three (3) formal Board Members [Board of Directors]. Experience from Large D2C brands – Away, Warby Parker, Allbirds etc. is preferred, but not required.
1. Consumer Goods (E-Commerce/Retail) specifically in Brand Building and
3. Deal making (Growth stage investing)
Experience: PE/VC + Consumer Tech
Direct to Consumer
Large Consumer Goods (E-Commerce + Retail)
Expectations: Sounding Board to CEO, Opening Doors (investors, large businesses)
Compensation: Monetary + Equity [vested over the period of board member’s involvement]
This will be a remote position that includes quarterly meetings, plus a minimum of one hour per month for calls/emails to help with various projects. Looking for a strong background and overall experience in growing and adding expertise to a company.
