The company is looking for 1-4 members to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of advisors search.
The company offers turnkey service solutions from integrity, engineering design, procurement, and construction for oil and gas midstream pipeline and facility infrastructure. Integrity services can be offered from the initial design throughout the lifecycle of the asset. Engineering design and procurement can be offered pre-construction for midstream pipeline and facility assets. The construction service will be offered once the design is complete and issued for construction.

The opportunity:
We are looking for 1-4 members for the Board of Advisors. Someone that can help grow our new software, understands field/professional services in the oil and gas space. Specifically, around DOT PHMSA work, mechanical integrity, inspection, NDE, and IDMS software.
Expectations:
To help the CEO steer the ship in the right direction and help with growth plans/strategy as well. The ideal executive will help look at the numbers and know how best to invest and where. Meeting once a week or every other week.
Experience preferred:
- Oil and gas experience in the inspection and testing business
- Growing a non destructive examination (NDE) business
- DOT PHMSA
- DOT Compliance
- Facility/Mechanical Integrity
- Advanced NDE background
- Technology
- Experience with Integrity Data Management Systems (IDMS)
