The company is looking to recruit five (5) formal board members (board of advisors) to fill their available compensated board positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of advisors search.
The company is a new rental property network for luxury vacations, rentals, living, and special events. They currently have teams in San Diego, CA, London, and Dubai, and are looking to expand their network with the help of their new advisors. Funding has been primarily done by pre-seed, mainly by one of their managing partners, and they are currently in negotiations with a number of large scale real estate investors.
The primary focus of this search is to welcome next generation concepts into their organization, from an individual with a passion for creating relationships, hospitality, and a keen eye for technology. The company currently has an informal Board of Advisors, and are looking for experienced, motivated individuals to join their Advisory team.

Looking for executives ASAP! This organization is looking for advisors that have specialized experience in real estate, hospitality, international presence, and real estate development. Expectations for an Advisor would include an informal relationship, with feedback on our operations, added depth/experience to the team, connections and introductions to their network where possible, and capital raising opportunities. The time commitment would be relaxed and low touch- just expected to interact as needed, possibly on a monthly basis or more as the relationship/engagement grows.
Remote is an option, even international! Their current team is based in San Diego, CA, London, and Dubai. Compensation is mainly equity at the moment. Executives can be from hospitality, real estate, technology, and capital raising- either of them or a mix!
