The company is looking for five (5) or more Board Members to fill their compensated Board of Advisors
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The Company specializes in life science technology. Developing software for the bioengineering of novel viral-mediated gene therapies. Helping the treatment and the cure of inherited and acquired genetic disorders.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for C-suite executives in the medical and healthcare field, Drug Discovery, Healthcare Finance, Bioengineering and Law fields.
The ideal candidate will help with corporate partnerships, advice to a first time founder, legal advice and technology advice. Any candidates with company experience such as Nvidia, NEC, Estella, GE healthcare, Sony healthcare and Instrumentation companies such as Thermo Fisher scientific and Milliporesigma are a plus.
The board will meet once or twice per month and all candidates are welcome, both local and remote.
The company is looking to bring on advisors in quarter 2, so please apply with urgency.
Compensation will be monetary and equity.
