The company is looking for ten to twelve (10-12) or more Board Members to fill their compensated Board of Advisors
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company specializes in helping their customers achieve their business objectives through innovative IT solutions. They achieve high levels of satisfaction through their personalized approach and global network of innovative consultants.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for executives to come on board and help with Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Engineering and Sales.
The ideal candidate will help with Strategy, Growth, New Territories, and Executive Projects. Experience with companies like Deloitte and Ernst & Young is a plus.
The board will meet once or twice per month. All candidates are welcome, both local and remote.
Compensation will be monetary and equity.
