The company is looking for one to two (1-2) advisors to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company specializes in a patent revolutionary video compression technology which will save on video storage and transmission costs. Their technology is making the transmission of storage much faster and less costly.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for executives that understand technology and business mode.
An ideal candidate will be familiar with video technology. Experience in commercialization of the same. Advance in commercialization models (licensing) and introducing the company to potential strategic partners and or investors will be a plus. Former executives of high profile companies such as Microsoft, Google, Intel, Apple, etc will also be beneficial.
The company is looking to bring on new executives ASAP, so please apply with urgency.
To start the board will meet once per week via video conference. Remote and local candidates are welcome and the compensation will be monetary and equity.
