The company is looking for one (1) advisor to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company is an AI company that utilizes their custom creation to aid business meetings. This AI makes meetings more effective and productive by automating note taking, capturing records to aid meeting outcomes, and creates an automatic list of next steps by using standard or personalized templates.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for an executive to help aid the company through steady growth. Executives with SAAS experience are the current priority. They will be expected to advise the company in product development, lend insight on business priorities, strategy, and processes, and utilize their network to introduce the company to potential partners and customers.
Former executives with product experience from Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, Evernote, Salesforce, Cisco Webex, Google, Microsoft, etc would be a “dream fit” for the role.
Advisory meetings will accrue once or twice per week to start. All advisors are welcome to apply, both local and remote and compensation will be both monetary and equity.
