The company is looking for one (1) advisor to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The Company is dedicated to providing clients more buying power for their real estate needs. They understand the importance of quick turn times and a transparent process that allows the client to reach their goals. They are a relationship based lender and their primary mission is their success. The company has taken note of the inefficiencies of the mortgage lending industry as well as typically poor customer service. With the current changes in the mortgage lending industry many companies are adapting technologies while they offer a process that truly capitalizes on the automation while prioritizing the customer experience.
The Opportunity:
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance executive who will have the combined skills of a credit analyst and a housing/market analyst. One who could analyze single family properties in any market and almost nail down spot-on value doing mental math. One that is an excel genius would also be a plus along with an eye for the bigger more revolutionary changes in the financial industry.
The candidate will aid in helping the company build out their MVP and Loan Products. This will require modifying and tweaking risk models for credit borrowers and property valuations as well as underwriting guidelines, etc.
