The company is looking for one (1) advisor to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company has 10+ years experience with technology development and OEM engagement. They have successful testing at OEM’s and Southwest research. Historically their team focuses on the following….
- Optimizing the traction drive and CVP
- Evaluating all potential applications for CV on highway and off highway on 7.5L
to 16L
- Design simplification and cost reduction
- Validation internally on electric rigs, engine dyno and vehicle demonstrator
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for one advisor who will complete many tasks including but not limited to….
- Direct advisor to company and investors
- Monthly meetings
- Participate/support their path to production
- Engage with production partners
- Engage with DVP partners
- Advise where necessary on supply chain
- Assist with warranty negotiations with Tier 1 and OEM
- Assist/advise on final price negotiations
- Provide advice on engagement strategy with CV OEMs and engage directly with OEMs as
needed
- Review existing plan to reach pilot production and advise/engage where necessary to
ensure success
- Participate in weekly update call with investors and company
- Provide guidance on the build out of virtual Tier 1
The ideal candidate will have many qualifications including but not limited to…..
- Commercial vehicle engine OEM experience
- Product Commercialization experience
- Demonstrated experience taking a hardware powertrain product through all
qualification steps into production ie. DVP, APQP, PPAP, Product Launch
- Powertrain/Components expertise
- Past Director level or above
- Europe, North America and/or Asia market experience
- Overlapping experience with engineering, business development and supply chain
