The company is looking to add two to three (2-3) Advisors to fill their available compensated board positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company specializes in construction from the beginning design stages until completion of the job. They are there every step of the way. They pride themselves in impeccable craftsmanship and organized management of every project.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for executives to come on as advisors. Experience and wisdom in scaling a construction/development company is a plus. Work in construction, real estate and capital improvement will be helpful. Acquiring new talent, assessing the companies financials and helping to establish and improve systems will also be a plus. Executives with experience in large luxury companies such as Casto, Mast, Moss, Disney, Hermes or any luxury brand is preferred.
After action items and goals are established, there will be a monthly call for the advisors to meet, discuss and also establish agendas for the future monthly calls. All candidates are welcome to apply both local and remote. The company is looking to bring on new advisors ASAP, so please apply with urgency. Compensation is negotiable.
