The company is looking to add one (1) Advisor to fill their available compensated board position.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
A United States based company. The company specializes in financial services and investments with privately held and operating companies.
The company is looking for an executive with strong leadership skills. Provide organizational planning both for quarterly meetings and occasional meetings with the CEO and President. Evaluate the performance of the company and individual subsidiary companies. Provide analysis and insight for the growth and improvement of the company. Provide counsel in respect to business opportunities and M&A. Stay abreast of the company’s financial situation through reports and statements and serve as an ambassador for the organization. Leveraging connections, resources and networks to assist the organization’s missions and goals is also a plus.
A current or former executive with general business knowledge, preferably including manufacturing, finance and technology. The ability to provide high-level business advice to a group of companies which include building materials manufacturing, healthcare software, hotel/real estate and information technology services. One that can take on challenges and be challenged and a history of mentoring and developing business leaders will be preferred.
The company is looking to take on an advisor ASAP, so please apply with urgency. The Board will meet quarterly with monthly check-ins with the president and CEO. Anyone both local and remote are welcome to apply and compensation will be monetary.
