The company is looking for three (3) advisors to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company specializes in IT and BPO services. They help their clients spread out amongst various geographies. They help develop IT products and services that help aid their clients in their growth. They work with clients in various industries such as technology, healthcare, retail and manufacturing just to name a few.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for advisors who are well connected and could help the company with various connections to help scale its business and make introductions of the offerings with potential connections. Help with ideas around opportunities to explore and in the event of fund raise to help with connections to the venture capitalists, large fund houses and gearing up the company for such a fundraiser. Advisors could also help in making connections to sources of capital besides advising on some of the organization technology embankments, acquisitions, investments etc. We are also seeking brand value, so any executives to aid with that would also be a plus. An executive with sales or partnership experience in large technology companies will also be preferred.
The board will meet once per month and the ability to call when needed is preferred. Every candidate is welcome to apply, both local and remote. The company is looking to take on advisors ASAP, so please apply with urgency. The compensation will be both equity and monetary for these positions.
