The company is looking for two (2) advisors to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.

Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.

The company specializes in technology and forensics, specifically turning patents into revenue for their clients. Globally they have helped their clients realize revenues from patents, jury verdicts and patent portfolio transactions. Much of their work is with law firms and corporations. Their technology helps their clients with claim charts, source code reviews, reverse engineering and other fact finding solutions.

The Opportunity:
The company is looking to bring on two people, one for their board of advisors and one for their board of directors. Executives with experience in law firms and or with patent lawyers are preferred. Someone with experience in telecom lawyers, pharma lawyers and general counsel is also a plus.

The executives will be needed once per month to start. The company is looking to bring on these board members ASAP, so please apply with urgency. All candidates are welcome to apply, both local and remote. The compensation will be negotiable for these positions.

This will be a remote position that includes quarterly meetings, plus a minimum of one hour per month for calls/emails to help with various projects. Looking for a strong background and overall experience in growing and adding expertise to a company.
