The company is looking for one (1) advisor to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company specializes in E-Commerce ad space technology. The company connects ad space buyers with ad space sellers. Using the special technology they have built, they can offer their clients digitized ad specs with automation tools for every step of the campaign. By digitizing ads and automated marketing, their clients can save time and money.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for an executive with experience in POC for large advertising accounts at top rated companies. An executive that can help with fundraising with expertise in the startup ecosystem of renowned personalities from the tech industry is also a plus. Understanding of advertising/ad agency space and industry contacts that will help with growth on the demand and supply side in hopes to bring on more key accounts is also needed. An executive with CXO leadership experience is preferred.
The company is looking to bring on an advisor ASAP, so please apply with urgency. Both local and remote candidates are welcome to apply and the compensation for this position will be both equity and monetary. The board will meet on an as needed basis and will establish a schedule as time moves on.
