The opportunities:
- Board Member, Trucking Industry / Fleets / CFO Experience
The company is searching for an experienced individual with CFO experience to advise and act as a conduit to fleet operators as well as provide directional guidance for internal company development. Ideally, this individual will have experience from a trucking fleet operator (i.e. Fedex, UPS). Specifically experience in fleet operations and new technology adoption / implementation. This board member will advise the CEO and President of key directives for the objective of acquiring fleet contracts and orders for the product.
Ideal company backgrounds include: UPS, Fedex — Penske, Ryder — Walmart, Amazon — Yellow Freight, XPO, Schneider, Old Dominion, Saia, ABF Freight, JB Hunt, Western Express, Swift, Werner — PepsiCo, Coca Cola.
- Board Member, Manufacturing and Vehicle Development
The company is searching for an experienced individual to advise and act as a conduit to manufacturing partners. Ideally this board member has had experience in either manufacturing or new vehicle development programs. This board member will advise the CEO and President of key directives for the objective of acquiring manufacturing partnerships and for the product.
Ideal company backgrounds include: Freightliner, Navistar, Mack, Kenworth, Paccar, Daimler, Volvo, — Meritor, Allison Transmission, Protrean, Dana, Bosch
