The company is looking for two to three (2-3) Board Members to fill their compensated board of advisor positions.
Boardsi has been retained to conduct a board of directors and board of advisors search.
The company specializes in accelerated leadership. Their network of good people are paying forward in order to improve the lives of others. They work to accelerate the performance of visionary leaders, specifically with children and youth globally. They support 145 organizations around the world that are solving the most pressing problems that children and youth face today. To date they have reached almost 40 million children globally and counting.
The Opportunity:
The company is looking for a new member for their board of directors. This executive will be expected to attend quarterly meetings and yearly retreat. Experience in board recruitment, marketing, business model design and development. Executives with CMO experience, legal and or other c-suite experience are wanted.
A dream candidate would have…
- Deep passion and understanding of our theory of change and our
mission;
- A person that elevates the image of the board, either through the company(ies) they have started, work for or engage with.
- A person that has some celebrity (social media, Hollywood, …) around our mission (see Number 13 below)
- Broad/extensive network that they are EXCITED to introduce and ask for support of Gratitude: GOLD clients, individual donors, corporations for sponsorships/grants and foundations.
- Person who has relationships with the big foundations that bring cache to an organization
