His story is not only a touching one, but a vibrant one as he has sprouted to become a top notch leader of his time. In case you don’t know who we’re talking about, here is a preamble.

Who Is Martin Rowinski?

Martin Rowinski is a global technology pioneer, executive recruitment expert. He is also an international speaker with 25 years of c-level experience. He is the co-founder and CEO of Boardsi, a SAAS-based executive recruitment firm. Rowinski created and spearheaded their proprietary software that allows companies to effortlessly search for the most qualified Boards of Directors and Boards of Advisors from a pool of thousands of top executives across the U.S. This software also allows executives to find board positions in highly-sought-after companies in a simple, easy, and streamlined process.

Rowinski, a Polish immigrant went to USA with his mother as a child. The wellbuilt gentleman has used lessons he learned to become a technology executive and world class CEO. Books Written By Martin Rowinski

Martin Rowinski started with writing one chapter “Every Company Should Have a Diverse Board” in Mission Matters Volume 4 book. After that he decided to write The Corporate MatchMaker. “It was an honor and privilege to write my first book,” proudly confessed Rowinski, “This experience came with lots of learning, which has helped me in my writing I do for Fast Company, Forbes, Entrepreneur and Newsweek.” His latest book Luminary Leadership was a bit of a different experience as he co wrote it with other executives. Martin however says it was a wonderful experience to work with others such as himself and be a part of this book.

 

What does it feel like being featured in Forbes?

“I am honored to be featured in Forbes magazine.” says Martin Rowinski. “It’s a way to hopefully connect and mentor others through my writing. I hope the readers can learn from my experiences and leadership through my writings for Forbes.”

Advice From Martin Rowinski For People In Their 20s

Work hard, ask questions and be willing to learn from those around you. Those that can be a good team member, leader and mentor will go far. Don’t be selfish and be willing to learn and grow from others. Always be willing to do what you ask of your employees. A leader that is willing to fill in and get their hands dirty is a leader.
