A Steadfast Leader
Martin believes that a great leader must lead by example. An employee-centric boss, he often goes out of his way to ensure that his teams are happy. “I am always willing to complete any task that I ask my employees to complete.” Not only has this helped Martin connect with his workforce on a deeper level, but has also driven his team to deliver better results.
Another quality that a modern leader must possess is the ability to manage change, feels Martin. During his free time, Martin loves to golf with his wife, chasing down birdies and eagles. Always Learning and Growing
Born and brought up in Poland, Martin always dreamt of being a technology leader one day. “I believe my time growing up in Poland with my mother, and the sacrifices she made for me to have a better life have motivated me to be a leader,” he mentions.
A revered entrepreneur, author, and notable technology figurehead, Martin derives his inspiration from the people around him. He spends as much time as possible researching new avenues and opportunities to better his company, making a positive contribution to all those associated with him. Rowinski is also a regular partaker of technology events and was recently awarded The Bizz award, an award that recognizes leading businesses from different regions that contribute to the daily growth of the local world economy.
On a personal front, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, finding motivation from his wife on the one hand, and working to make a better world for his kids on the other. “My mother was and still is a strong inspiration in my life. Now I am lucky to have my wife and kids who inspire me every day,” he smiles.
Looking back, Martin feels grateful to have accomplished all that he has. “I believe that there is always room for growth and improvement but being happy with where you are and what you have done should make you feel as if you have made it. I do believe one should never stop learning and growing,” says Martin.
